Getting Started: Account Creation & Verification
Creating an opmtoto account is the first step, followed by identity verification before you can deposit or access markets. Verification is mandatory—it protects both you and our platform from fraud, and it's a one-time process that usually completes within 24 hours.
Our Help Center walks you through what documents we accept (government ID, passport, driver's license), how to upload them, and what happens if your documents are unclear or don't match. We also explain KYC (Know Your Customer) rules so you understand why we ask for this information and how we keep it secure.
Verification requirements
You'll need a government-issued ID with your full legal name, date of birth, and ID number clearly visible. A recent selfie is also required so we can match your ID photo to your face. Upload both in JPG or PNG format.
Once submitted, our Help Center shows you the queue status so you know roughly when to expect approval. If documents are rejected, our support team will explain why via email, and you can resubmit corrected versions immediately.

During peak seasons like Liga 1 season openers or Piala AFF finals, payment processors may experience congestion, and our Help Center publishes real-time status updates so you know if delays are expected.

Market types explained
Match winner (home, draw, away), total goals (over/under), both teams to score (yes/no), and Asian handicap are the core markets. Withdrawals & Account Recovery
Our Help Center covers the full withdrawal process. After you log in, select Withdraw, choose your payment method (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank), enter the amount, and confirm. E-wallet withdrawals typically process within 1–2 hours; bank transfers take 1–3 business days.
